Manila Underwater

Parts of Metro Manila was under water due to heavy rainfall that started around two in the afternoon today. Classes were suspended at four o'clock and a lot of students were stranded because Manila was already flooded when the announcement was made.

Classes were suspended at 4:00 PM.

P. Burgos street looked like a river after the heavy rainfall.

Students and workers alike tried desperate measures just to reach their homes.

As of now, floods brought by rain began to subside in Metro Manila, but many students, employees, and commuters remain stranded.
